The Bancroft is a Queen Anne style building and was completed in 1907, in Capitol Hill's Pike/Pine neighborhood, also known as "Auto Row." At that time, virtually all of Seattle's car dealers were clustered on Capitol Hill, most on Broadway, Pike, and Pine streets, together with repair shops and other car-related businesses. Today, Bancroft is registered as a Seattle Historical Site. The building is recognized for it's large cornice and ornate brackets; marble and tile entry and open center bay. Its original wall murals are still intact, along with vintage fixtures throughout. The Bancroft offers everything you need with its grandeur style, expansive floor plans, and a walkable location to modern conveniences. Don't miss out- call us today!
