I've lived at one of the Northwest Apartments properties for about a month now and I'm happy with my new home. Francesca was wonderful and professional. She worked closely with me to provide tours that worked with my schedule and even went out of her way on her days off to accommodate me. She was very responsive to all the questions I had. The leasing process was straightforward and simple. I also recently submitted a maintenance request, and they fixed my concern promptly. I only have good things to say about my experience here.

I recently moved to a one bedroom apartment at Casa Ladaro and had an excellent experience. Kerra and Marina made the process go quickly and responded to my questions promptly. I moved into Madison Court Apartments in early 2018 and Kim quickly took over management of the buildings after I moved in. I have never met a more helpful, hard-working, or strong individual. She truly cares of all of the tenants and is available to reach at any time of the day or night (and trust me…over the last 5 years I’ve definitely tested this!) She has solved every issue I’ve brought up in an extremely affective and timely manner. She is tough as nails and isn’t afraid of anything or anyone. She makes me feel cherished, safe, and cared for to a degree that I’ve never expected from a building manager. She is truly a gem and I cherish having her in my life.
