Hudson Square

The Hudson Square Apartments were built in 1989, having 19 units in the building, which consist of 1 & 2 Bedroom apartment homes. Additionally, there are 4 commercial spaces as well.

The 5 story building has an elevator and controlled-access parking garage. These apartment homes are designed with an open floor plan, each having a wood-burning fireplace, covered deck, galley-style kitchen, and a breakfast bar. All of the units come with a full-size washer/dryer.

Many of our apartments have been updated with granite countertops, kitchen/bathroom hardware fixtures, and laminate wood flooring. Our west-facing units have views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Hudson Square is condominium-style living at an apartment price.
