Regis
This classic well maintained building is nicely renovated. Most studio and one bedroom units have wood floors high ceilings with cove moldings and gas heat and stoves. The units have warm and inviting feeling. The common areas have recently been updated featuring new light fixtures, paint and carpeting. The entry lobby has been redone in granite. The Regis is located in a very residential neighborhood, so it is nice and quiet with plenty of street parking. You can walk most anywhere from this building around Capitol Hill, down to Volunteer Park and an amazing wooded park at the end of 19th. Shopping and dining are walking distance on 19th Ave 15th Ave and Broadway with all the stores and restaurants. Grocery stores are close by on Madison Street you have Madison Market and Trader Joe's on 15th Ave there is a large Safeway. Access to freeways is very easy with I-5, I-90 and 520 less than 10 minutes from the front door. Bus 12 runs on our street straight downtown and another bus down on 23rd will get you to the UW.
