5241 Apartments

The 5241 Apartments is a 10-unit, 2-story apartment building that was built in 1921. It is comprised of all 1-bedroom apartment homes. Our spacious units have been recently remodeled and feature new laminate wood floors and a washer/dryer in every unit. We also offer reserved parking in our private lot (optional).

Located in a prime area within the University District. You will have convenient access to I-5 for the daily commuter. If you're a student, you're only a half mile away from UW from campus. Green Lake is just over a mile away and within walking distance are Cowen Park and Ravenna Park for anyone who loves the outdoors. With Ravenna neighborhood to the north and U-Dist to the south, you're surrounded with tons of great restaurants, in addition to many retail stores, and grocers such as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Safeway.
